1. Who we are

Dintive ("we", "us") operates a hair-removal and skincare spa in Hanoi, Vietnam. We provide customer consultation and support through our Facebook Page and Messenger, partly assisted by an automated chatbot and partly by our human staff. This policy explains what data we collect through the Meta (Facebook/Messenger) Platform and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you message our Facebook Page, we may receive and store:

Your Messenger ID (PSID) and public Facebook profile information (name and profile picture) provided by Meta;
The content of messages you send and that we send to you;
Contact details you voluntarily provide in the conversation (e.g., phone number, name);
Service interest and conversation context (e.g., which service you ask about, the ad you came from);
Basic technical metadata (timestamps) needed to deliver the service.

We do not collect payment card data, health/medical records, or any special-category data through Messenger.

3. How we use your information

We use the information only to:

Reply to your questions and provide consultation about our services and prices;
Help you book appointments and follow up on your requests;
Improve the quality of our customer care.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to serving you as a customer.

4. Data obtained via the Meta Platform

Data we obtain through the Meta/Messenger Platform is used solely for the purposes described above and is handled in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not transfer Meta Platform data to data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising profiling.

5. Sharing

We share data only with:

Our own staff who handle customer care;
Service providers that host our systems strictly to operate this service (e.g., database/cloud hosting), bound to confidentiality;
Authorities, only where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep conversation data only as long as necessary to provide customer care and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights & data deletion

You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion, either:

Send a message "xoá dữ liệu" / "delete my data" to our Facebook Page, or
Email quanganh.tourguide@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".

We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.

Dintive ("chúng tôi") là cơ sở triệt lông và chăm sóc da tại Hà Nội, Việt Nam. Chúng tôi tư vấn và hỗ trợ khách hàng qua Trang Facebook và Messenger, một phần bằng chatbot tự động và một phần bằng nhân viên. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì qua nền tảng Meta (Facebook/Messenger) và dùng vào việc gì.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Khi bạn nhắn tin cho Trang Facebook của chúng tôi, chúng tôi có thể nhận và lưu:

ID Messenger (PSID) và thông tin hồ sơ Facebook công khai (tên, ảnh đại diện) do Meta cung cấp;
Nội dung tin nhắn bạn gửi và chúng tôi gửi lại;
Thông tin liên hệ bạn tự cung cấp trong hội thoại (vd số điện thoại, tên);
Nhu cầu dịch vụ và ngữ cảnh hội thoại (vd bạn hỏi dịch vụ nào, đến từ quảng cáo nào);
Siêu dữ liệu kỹ thuật cơ bản (thời điểm) để vận hành dịch vụ.

Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu thẻ thanh toán, hồ sơ y tế hay dữ liệu nhạy cảm qua Messenger.

3. Mục đích sử dụng

Chúng tôi chỉ dùng thông tin để:

Trả lời câu hỏi và tư vấn dịch vụ, bảng giá;
Hỗ trợ bạn đặt lịch và chăm sóc theo yêu cầu;
Nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc khách hàng.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn và không dùng cho mục đích không liên quan đến việc phục vụ bạn.

4. Dữ liệu lấy qua nền tảng Meta

Dữ liệu lấy qua nền tảng Meta/Messenger chỉ được dùng cho các mục đích nêu trên, tuân thủ Điều khoản Nền tảng và Chính sách Nhà phát triển của Meta. Chúng tôi không chuyển dữ liệu này cho bên môi giới dữ liệu, không dùng để lập hồ sơ quảng cáo không liên quan.

5. Chia sẻ

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với:

Nhân viên của chúng tôi phụ trách chăm sóc khách;
Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận hành hệ thống (vd lưu trữ cơ sở dữ liệu/đám mây), có cam kết bảo mật;
Cơ quan chức năng, chỉ khi luật yêu cầu.

6. Lưu trữ

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu dữ liệu hội thoại trong thời gian cần thiết để chăm sóc khách và tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý, sau đó xoá hoặc ẩn danh.

7. Quyền của bạn & xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào. Để yêu cầu xoá, chọn một trong hai:

Nhắn "xoá dữ liệu" cho Trang Facebook của chúng tôi, hoặc
Gửi email tới quanganh.tourguide@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Xoá dữ liệu".

Chúng tôi xử lý yêu cầu hợp lệ trong vòng 30 ngày.

8. Thay đổi

Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; "Ngày hiệu lực" ở đầu trang phản ánh phiên bản mới nhất.
